Welcome back to our U6'ers! This group knows how to have fun and are quick to learn new skills! Join them for some fun drills and great obstacle courses throughout the season! The U6's have a great time at our home jamboree- their excitement is contagious!

Welcome to a season of learning fantastic new skills and building on them as the season progresses. These age grades participate in the Rugby Canada 'Rookie Rugby' program (no contact-flag rugby). The practices are held on Monday evenings and the season is complemented by participating in jamborees hosted by local clubs.

Welcome to 'Intro to Contact!' This age grade focuses on learning the progressive skills required to tackle! Lots of fun to be had learning these awesome new skills and applying them in a safe, well supervised, controlled environment. The U12 season is also complemented by participating in jamborees hosted by local clubs.

Welcome to our U14s! This season will be fantastic! New skills and opportunities to compete against regional clubs! All skill levels are welcome and no experience is necessary to join. Your coaches will start the season with a skill building progression leading you to your first match of the season!

Welcome to our U18s. As the last step before seniors, in this age range we aim to prepare players for a senior environment and ensure they are progressing nicely as a team player as well as their skill level.
